Pension and apartments Jozef
I. ACCOMODATION
Booked rooms are available for guests 15:00 on the agreed date of arrival. If the guests do not come until the 21:00 in the evening without notice, the booking of the room is canceled, and the guest house can offer the room to other guests. This does not apply in case of late arrivel agreed in advance. The check - out time is until 10.00. Unless agreed otherwise in advance, in case of late check-out, pension can charge extra one night rate.
II. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Pension reserves the right to require a deposit of 50% of the total amount within 3 days of booking confirmation. The remaining payment will be paid in cash after arrival.

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival.
III. VALUABLES
Valuables such as cash, jewelry, technical appliances etc.., need to be placed in the safe, which is available in every room. Otherwise pension has no responsibility in case of damage or loss.
IV. LIABILITY IN CASE OF DAMAGE
Guest is fully responsible for all damages that he make during the stay, and he has to cover tho costs for the damage in full amount to pension Jozef. Pension is rensponsible only for damages in which it can be proved the guilt of pension. Pension is not responsible for the damage caused by third party.

V. PERSONAL DATA

By submitting a booking, the guest agrees to process his / her personal data listed in the order for reservation purposes, provision of the ordered services and for fulfilling the obligations imposed by the law. All personal data provided are processed in accordance with the regulations of European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 from 27th April 2016 about the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data (GDPR).
